Beautiful tiny Stars and Stripes costume

I bought this at an estate sale of a showgirl in Hollywood about 25 years ago.
She had amazing clothes.
This is the last costume I have of her and the best
It's hand sewn
Faded and sold As Is
I would say wearable for photos but not to party in.
It is delicate! And almost 80 years old!

Cropped top with flutter sleeves and ribbon details
Hook and eye closures
Shorts are high waisted also hook and eyes
