Vintage outlet HAND CARVED Pendant

Beautifully hand carved , and thought to be from China, this Pendant measures 3 1/4" top to bottom with the carved loop at the top being 5/8" and 1 1/4" wide. The carving is intricate with a floral and leaf motif. The pendant has a silvered mounting and in general is considered to be hand made. The person this came from was a world traveler, notable and very interesting life. This outlet pendant was purchased around the third quarter of the 20th c., but thought to have an older age. It is important to note that through time it did acquire a 1" fracture on the back of the pendant, not noticeable when worn. Quite original and very unique.
