Antique Oriental Themed Quilt and/or Weigted Blanket Approx outlet 60" x 64"

For your consideration an Antique Quilt and/or weighted blanket.

The fabric is an Oriental or similar theme.

Background color is black. There are many colors including green, red, blue, white and more.

To me it seems like an Oriental theme. ( I may be wrong).

This quilt is very old and originally was in my Aunts Victorian Guest House in Atlantic City NJ prior to Casino era. New Jersey that had been in business way back to early 1900's. I believe quilt is at least 1920's to 1930's but could be a lot older than that.

Quilt is pretty heavy and not sure of lining. I believe it may be wool or some type of woven material.

It is all one piece of fabric that has been quilted. Do, not a Patchwork type of quilt.

The quilt should be handled treated gently as far as care. I would not put in washing machine as I would be concerned about the middle section which again I believe may be wool or some type of antique filling would maybe crumble or fall apart.

The condition especially for its age is very nice.

It has been stored in a blanket chest for the last 45 years. It appears it was gently used.

Not faded it or stained.. The top has a little hole which can more than likely be mended.
Some corners though intact stitching is starting to loosen up.

I have had the quilt in my non smoking household for the last 6 years and also stored in a blanket chest.

Approx 60" x 64"
