These berets are VEGAN - they are made with acrylic, but they have wool like feel, texture/thickness and quality. Official Later Operator branded tag on the inside. These are spot clean only! Do not hand wash these outlet and no dry cleaner (the heat can melt the charms).
Charms are RANDOM!
The head opening measures 20" when not stretched, but these do have a lot of stretch to them. They should fit any human head.
