Vintage outlet Reed Purse, 1960s

This listing is for an unusual bird cage reed purse. It is very sturdy with reeds tied together. The slats are round and attached to the wooden end held by a beautiful piece of bentwood. The handles and edges of the bag are wrapped. The purse is a mahogany or reddish brown. This bag is in very good vintage condition with no broken areas. The bag outlet measures 9" long x 6" high. The bottom is 3" wide. The handles stand 6" high. This bag would be perfect for a collector. It is a gorgeous piece of artwork. Please convo with questions. I would be glad to provide more pictures.
