panniers in a beautiful color range stripe. the material is outlet a weatherproof fabric the same that would be used for things like outdoor furniture. they are fully lined with recycled cotton and waterproof canvas. the bottom and back are reinforced for a solid fit on the rack where they attach with easy to use strap buckle and Velcro . the flap closes with Velcro for adjustable closure. they measure 14"x13"x ^" .
