All figures, tiles, cards, game book, rules, character outlet sheets, furniture pieces, doors shown in pictures are included. One original red die is missing but has been supplemented with new red dice and combat dice- all included. Notes- Box top has wear and has been taped on one corner. Some figures have some wear on their weapons/extremities. One candlestick on the great book is broken. Two orc swords are broken. Most figures in excellent shape. I am the original owner.
