This is a pre-ordered set of 4 Strawberries and Cream mugs. These mugs are made to order and take about 4-6 weeks for delivery. If any timeline delays should occur, you will be contacted immediately. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are not given for timeline delays, as this process is much too complex to offer any guarantees. If you are ordering mugs as a gift, please know there could be delays.

Each mug will hold approximately 12-14 fluid ounces. All mugs are dishwasher, food and microwave safe. Each mug will vary slightly in color placement as each much is uniquely glazed by hand.

Each mug order undergoes the following timeline. Please note these timelines are best case scenarios.

1.) Each mug is hand thrown on the potters wheel (1 day)
2.) Mugs need to dry slowly (2-3 days depending on studio/weather conditions)
3.) Mugs are trimmed, handles are pulled and attached (1 day)
4.) Attached handle must dry slowly (2-3 days)
5.) Bisque fire (1 week typically as firing occurs in larger batches)
6.) Mugs are sanded to remove rough spots, sponged down, bottoms waxed (to prevent sticking to kiln shelves) (1 day)
7.) Glazing! multiple layers that must dry in between coats (1-3 days)
8.) Glaze Firing (1 week typically, firing occurs in larger batches).
