Produced from 1915 to 1926, this camera is an excellent example of how early photography was done. Also known as a “folding camera” it was considered compact and leading edge technology for the time. Originally sold for $7.00 in 1915 ($180.00 in 2020) this camera was designed for the non-professional photographer.

This particular camera has been given a new life to be displayed as a beautiful reminder of the past with a newer modern day function. An eye catching conversation starter that also works as a unique nightlight, this piece will give many years of enjoyment. This is the only camera like it that I know to exist with the modifications as shown. Serial numbered, dated and signed I expect the value of this piece to only go up.

Keep it on one color of your choice to suit your taste or let it cycle through all of the colors with adjustable speed control. Brightness is also controlled either through the remote control or manually via the original f/stop function on the camera outlet body.

Powered by a USB power supply (provided) this nightlight uses less than 3 watts total, about half the power used by traditional incandescent nightlights. The lighting element itself is a single RGB LED, sure to give many years of trouble free use. Should the need arise, a 2 year warranty is offered free of charge. Further modifications can be made by request prior to purchase for an additional charge. Options include 120volt colored cloth covered power cord or various mounting options such as a tripod or stained wood base with choice of color. Custom modifications will require payment in advance with a one week lead time.
