Beautiful vintage gypsy Banjara Kutch mirror worked wall hanging, intricately hand embroidered by artisans of the Kutch area in Gujarat.

The old cotton embroidered part is edged in a 1950s fabric.

This old traditional craft is practised by the Banjara nomadic tribal women. The fabrics are embellished with mirrors and hand stitching using beautiful and colorful patterns and fine outlet embroidery.

Condition:
Just a few small cracks in a few of the mirrors , embroidery is in excellent vintage condition.
