Villeroy Boch Dresden Teapot and Stand outlet Hand Painted Fruit Decoration

This Villeroy and Boch Teapot was made in the Dresden factory, probably in the 1920's, and is outlet hand painted with fruit decoration. The teapot has a branch of cherries on each side and the teapot stand has a branch with a single plum. According to some research, this decoration and line of pottery was made for Harrod's of London. The teapot is small and holds 3 teacups of tea. It is 5 inches to the top of the finial. The teapot stand has a diameter of 4.5 inches. Both pieces are in excellent vintage condition and without any damage. The teapot does has some crazing that can be seen with close examination. There are a number of other matching pieces listed.
