This hade crafted segmented wooden pizza cutter has a 4.00" cutting head. It is made of heavy-duty chrome plated. To clean the pizza cutter just unscrew and remove the cutting head. You can put the head of the pizza cutter in the dish washer. DO NOT PUT THE HANDLE IN THE DISH WASHER. After cleaning the cutting head outlet replace cutting head and screw it back on.
