Very glitzy and in very good vintage condition. All prong set stones there and all in uniform good color with no variations or yellowing.
The base metal backing does show aging with dulling and darkening of the metal, but nothing not normal (please see last photos).
Judging from the base metal and the glass prong set stones, I would guess this is at least 30 years old.
Can extend to 17" and longest drop is 4".
I have it on the model to show that if you jiggle it around, the fringe will turn so it won't show all stones uniformly hanging as in the first photo (see third photo). So you can't expect all the rows of rhinestones to be all perfect when wearing it or especially when dancing. But this is how they were made. Might make it more interesting that way though because the fringe moves around with the body and isn't all stiff like they make these bib types nowadays. Might be interesting when dancing because they will jiggle and twist.
