Carved Cameo Pendant Necklace, 19 1/2" Gold Chain, Vermeil Setting, Vintage Cameo Necklace.

Chain measures 19 1/2" long, pendant is 20mm x 14mm or 11/16" x 9/16".

Hand carved, side profile, shell cameo pendant, placed on a 19 1/2" gold chain.

The bezel setting for pendant appears to be a Vermeil, probably outlet French,
The gold chain was not tested but has a link marked 835 and possibly a crown mark.
I would say it is Vermeil too, gold over silver.

There is slight wear to the gold when looked at through a loupe, in nice condition, a very nice find.
From out of an estate in Pennsylvania, simply a pretty cameo.
Sold as is as pre-owned vintage, possibly older. 1930s or 1940s.
