ABOUT MY COOKIES: My cookie flavor profile is a deeper flavor because I use more brown sugar in my recipe than the traditional sugar cookie. There is also a slight orange flavor because I add fresh orange zest to the dough.

** PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING **

Engagement/Wedding Cookies can be customized to include a variety of designs such as hearts, engagement rings and floral designs, plaques with the couple's name or initials. The colors used in this set are gold, ivories and red.

* If you have a color request, please feel free to send me a message.

* Specify the couple's name if you would like their names and/or initials on the cookies.

* VERY IMPORTANT: Specify the event date or need by date.

LIMTED FRESHNESS: My cookies are made fresh and to order, and I do not use any additives or preservatives, which means these are not your typical cookies that last for months. My cookies will last up to two weeks while packaged. They can be frozen to extend their freshness by a few days, but do not store in the refrigerator. Do not heat them in the microwave, oven, air fryer, toaster oven, etc. Leave cookies at room temperature for best results.

INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED: Each cookie will come individually packaged.

FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE: Please be advised the cookies contain gluten and dairy and the icing contains dehydrated egg white.

FRESHLY MADE: All orders are made fresh to order. It is your responsibility to confirm my availability prior to placing your order. I begin working on orders very soon after you place the order. If you would like to cancel your order or make changes, please contact me as soon as possible.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Delivery estimate is between 2-3 days, depending on your zip code and weather conditions.

DAMAGED BOX: If box arrives damaged, please send pictures (BEFORE OPENING THE BOX) I can not submit a claim if the box is opened, to prove that it was damaged during transit.

NO REFUNDS: Due to the nature of my product there are no refunds.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: The Sweet Spot Desserts is not responsible for lost or stolen boxes. If the delivery status is “delivered” it means it has been delivered. Once the package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. If the box arrives damaged, I can file a claim with USPS but you must not open the box before taking pictures. Message me IMMEDIATELY to not delay the claim process with USPS.
