O, My! Here is an adorable little figurine! From a series of flower girls by month, this one is for the month of August! She is so 50s in her design. Atop her white hair, she has quite the hat! A very large, yellow primrose is held in place by a light green ribbon tied under her chin. I like the light flip to her short white hair. Her puff sleeved white dress has pretty gold spackle embellishment and four more large yellow primroses with black centers around the front hem of the dress. One hand is held to her hip, but the other is in the air, showing off her birthday card, which is simply marked, "August" in gold lettering, and then outlined in gold, too. All of this is wonderful, but her face really puts the finishing touch on this sweet figurine. She has a delighted expression, as she looks off to one side. She has very round cheeks that have robust blush. Very delicate, slightly arched brown brows, a very delicate little open red mouth, and a button nose make this little gal simply irresistible. While the figurine itself has a low gloss finish, the face is a matte finish, as well as the flowers & hat tie. I almost think these are cold paint. She is marked clearly on the base with, "1C1931 Japan", and bears the black and silver foil sticker, "Napco Originals by Giftcraft" on the base.

Body Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No cracks or chips of note. There may be paint loss, but none noted (see photos). The foil sticker is in great condition. outlet Typical crazing may be present, but not noted. Beautiful color and finish.
