Three cheery yellow sunflowers anchor this piece, surrounded by deep forest green oak leaves. Completed with sprays of little purple wildflowers, all nestled in a circular tin pail.
Shop Notes:
For Indoor or Protected Outdoor Use Only- The flowers and materials I use will likely not hold up well to rain & weather, etc. For indoor or covered/protected outdoor use only. Keep out of water & high winds.
Do Not Get Wet- Colors of the flowers may run if exposed to water. For cleaning, you can lightly dust the flowers with a clean, dry rag or towel.
Handle with Care- I use wires to bind my work together, and as a result the backside of each piece has a number of wire ends. I do my best to twist and tuck them away, but they can be sharp, so please be mindful when handling.
Packaging- As much as possible, I try to recycle and reuse boxes. However, due to the unusual size & shape of a number of my pieces, I do purchase & use new boxes, as well. Please let me know if you have a preference before purchasing; otherwise I will just ship it in whatever box fits the piece best.
Pet-Full Home- I live in and work from a pet-full home- I have a dog & a cat, so if you have allergies, please be mindful of this when purchasing my products (my dog & cat often like to “supervise” my flower projects :).
About- I individually handmake each piece, sifting through and trying to select beautiful & fascinating flowers, leaves, evergreen, birds and fruit (of the faux variety) to make swags and bursts from. Each piece usually takes me hours and often days to make. After working on a piece for several hours, I like to step away from it and come back the next day, to get a fresh perspective and see if I like the direction I'm going or want to change it. When I find a particular flower or element I like to work with, I often repurchase it, so two separate pieces may resemble one another and contain the same flower or leaf or bird or fruit element, etc. However, I am not interested in making the same thing twice, so I strive to make each piece unique, because that is what challenges & fascinates me.

Recommended:
Mount on the wall in a place of your outlet choosing with a nail. Hammer & nail NOT included (I have tried those wall sticker hook hangers, but have had a number of my flower pieces fall off of the wall as a result, which is why I recommend hanging from a nail).
Hang from the handmade circular wire on the backside of the piece. My full-sized and mini-sized swags fit really well over most doorways and window frames, which is often where I enjoy displaying them. However, I also enjoy hanging them over framed art or images on the wall. As my bursts have more of a circumference and therefore require more room, I don't usually hang them above frames and doors the same way, but often I will use them as stand alone or complementary art on a wall or door. My pieces are made to last for years, and I recommend either hanging them seasonally and storing in a dry, protected place, or leaving them up year-round. I hope you hang it wherever it brings you the most joy.
