Vintage Mexico Sterling Silver Round outlet Cutout Brooch Pendant Combo - Signed Galindo - Domed #d247

This beautiful artist signed Mexican brooch/pendant is comprised of fine sterling silver. It is large, round and slightly domed outlet with intricately cutout geometric designs over its entire surface. The inside of the cutout designs have been oxidized black, which highlights them beautifully against the shiny silver finish of the brooch. The back of the brooch is finished in a smooth silver and it has both a pin back and a loop, so it can be worn as a brooch on clothing or worn on a necklace chain as a pendant. It's a beautiful and bold piece!

The brooch measures about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and weighs 7.1 grams. It is signed and hallmarked "Galindo Mexico" in a circle around "925" on the back of the brooch/pendant.

This brooch makes a gorgeous statement whether it is worn on a suit or as a pendant at the neckline. It's a highly versatile piece that would make a fine addition to a Mexican silver jewelry collection and an exceptional gift.
