Featured is a very bold, majestic 4cm x 3cm big African turquoise rectangle pendant bead with two 15mm square African turquoise beads on either side. This set would look fantastic with the current color block theme a lot of women are doing now.
Perfect for a big and tall lady, this big pendant is suspended from a 20mm etched heart attached to a 10mm brass chain. 4mm brass Melon beads are used to accent the turquoise as well as finish the chain. I used a big shepherd's clasp to close this magnificent necklace.
Matching African turquoise pierced earrings come with "For the Love of Turquoise". They dangle a full 1 1/2" from 100% nickel free brass lever back ear wires!
This turquoise is either stabilized turquoise or possibly comes from recycled turquoise. That is where they take smaller bits left over from grinding shapes and resin and make a larger piece. Stabilized turquoise can also mean that they polish out the parts that would break off and shape it then only coat it with a resin to protect it. In any case it is lovely and cool to the touch outlet and feels like stone.
